Team Bagshaw

As my Dad calls him, The Bag Man is fired up for the season. A trading bonanza early landed him some young studs...in the bedroom that is, boooooooom!

Catcher: Doumit, good production and wont hurt you, hoping last season wasn't a fluke but a sign of things to come, at 27 he should progress a bit.

First Base: Miggy Cabrera, a stud and should hit better with one year adjusted in Detroit. On fire the second half of the season last year. If he gets OBP back to .430 of 2006, look out

Second Base: Felipe Lopez, ehhhhhhh, well he should lead off in Zona, in a good lineup. He has always had horrible OBP, last year was not the norm, .308 in 2007. Waiver pickup needed

Third Base: Longoria, a former Sully blowboy, solid and will only get better. If he puts more balls in play that TB number could be around 300

Shortstop: Tulo, I like a nice bounceback year from him. 90/20/90 with 10 bags, good production and Bags should buy his jersey and wear it to work.

Outfield: Ichiro, Hart, Jones, Burrell. Hart is a great player in this league, great TB numbers. Ichiro will give you the same every year, but will start on the DL. If you are Buxton you want to play with Adam Jones' balls, I think he is a few years away but will probably give you 15/20 with a terrible OBP, Burrell will get a look at OF I am sure.

UTIL: Butler will play well, everyones favorite "sleeper". Crowley was a sleeper years ago and he came out beautifully, it's possible for Butler too

Starters: Lincecum is the best pitcher in fantasy, traded the first pick for him. Good move by Bags, gets a stud for years. Felix the Cat will get a tad bit better, Mariners Defense kills him and he wont win much, but 180K will be nice. Baker on the DL already isnt a good sign, Mark Sherez is a tricky play, could have very nice K numbers and a nice WHIP. I like Volstad as a back of the rotation guy giving you 12 wins and 150K's with a nice ERA and WHIP. Kuroda? I Hardly knew her

Relief: Rivera and Valverde, nice picks and will combine for 80 Saves and 130 K's, good production.

Bags figures out a way to screw up anything, but he has some good building blocks. Career years by Cab, Lincecum, and felix the Cat will push him up. Top 7
