Let's all hope Shot LaBody doesn't take over this team at some point...if so it will be pure anarchy and I can see the league imploding. I can see it now, somehow every roster spot is filled by S. LaBody.
Catcher: Pudge. If last years stint with the Yankees was any indication on what he will do this year, Crowley may want to start S. LaBody. His .257 OBP was almost impossible to do. Waiver pickup needed
First Base: Howard, stud in a great lineup but the falling OBP and 200 strikeouts is something to watch. A repeat of a .250 BA and not that many walks could hurt his value in this league. Still 50HR's is the cream of the crop
Second Base: A Ramirez, possible 20/20 guy with great upside, OBP needs to come up around .350 but he is young and a good future ahead
Third Base: Carlos Guillen, I like the play here, just looking for consistency and he should have that. Great lineup, 80/20/80 would be good with a .380 OBP
Shortstop: Reyes, 20/60 numbers, sick. A stud just like Crowley and his dad, Crazy Legs Crowley
Outfield: One of the best in the league, great depth. Sizemore will always be huge, the only thing better than his game is how much tail he pulls in Cleveland. The playoff version of BJ Upton was a joke, power and speed, if that shows up he will be huge. Hunter, C Young, Pence all should get playing time at the last OF position or UTIL along with Konerko. Good fill-ins
Starters: Good but question marks. Shields seems very consistent, good numbers and amazing control 1.15 whip is solid. If last years Zambrano shows up Crowley is in trouble, 130K's? Did Dusty blow his arm out? We shall see. Lowe will give you decent numbers, make or break for Cain, he hasn't shown any real step forward, Kershaw is a few years away, Guthrie may be the worst opening day starter, Parra could be a good pick this year almost 1:1 IP to K's. Smoltz in July could be solid
Relief: Nathan, one of the best in the game, Marmol/Gregg will get him 40 saves and great K numbers.
I like Crowley's hitting, hell I like Crowley, but his pitching is still up in the air, someone has to really become an ace of his staff. Top 7 in reach
