Team Frogg

Pretty sure Josh has never liked any of his drafts. He always seems to finish high so maybe he is tricking us all. If so he is a real prick...

Catcher: Iannetta, solid if you base it on projections, if Pete Brown likes him you can't feel that great about it but he will be solid, especially in a 12 team format

First Base: Delgado, if he performs like last year Josh got a steal late in the draft, the guy smashed the ball late in the summer. He should regress a bit, but 30HR/120 RBI's is solid and great late value

Second Base: Sean Higgins, look the kid was money at UMASS, always up to drink, solid wiffle ball player, had a roommate that was a "III" like myself. But having him play second is a stretch, he hasn't really fielded a grounder since early 2001.

Third Base: Wright, as solid as it gets. Huge production

Short: Hanley, top fantasy player, 2007 version is ridiculous, 2008 version very good, maybe fall somewhere in the middle? 30/40.

Outfield: Quentin, Vlad, Werth. If Quentin doesnt go down last year he would have had MVP numbers, power hitter on the rise. When Vlad runs it even hurts me, he will always swing a mean bat, solid but may have taken him a round too early. Werth could be a 30/30 guy, I think he has 6 dingers this spring, all projections but a good player. My friend Rachel's best friend married him and said he use to bang everything in sight, He can always have a spot on my team, even if he retires.

UTIL: Snider will not be hitting there all year. If Stewart gets a job I like him there, Dukes will probably be in jail so that sucks but what can ya do. Josh probably should be as well...

Starters: Santana probably will pitch a tad under 200 innings but will be elite, may just have to be babied a bit this year. Harden, well what can you say, Josh has always loved a little butt play with this guy. Josh easily attends Harden's funeral and probably vice versa. Gallardo great value, guy will be a stud. Harang is still a question mark, when on he can deliver almost 200K's, when off he looks like Crupi when he pats the ball before he throws it. Escobar sold too many drugs in Columbia...washed up

Relief: as Josh put it FRANK all in caps, we shall see. Gonzalez is what you expect each year, Percival and Rodney will contribute, although I bet they will both be replaced at some point. We shall see. Solid though, multiple save possibilities.

All in all a good team, when you have Wright and Hanley in your infield you will always be competitive. Should be all over 5x5. Higgins at second though? Too much Beam man. Top 5
